Ease of installation, I bought it 6 months ago and just got around to installting it which was exactly a described, i lost the door stops somehow? but are easily purchsed in the spares dept. Sorted.

Brilliant response for a spare part. I spoke to a lovely helpful lady on the phone. No menus, no pressing numbers like a demented chicken, no being cut off or transferred from one dept to another. Just good quality customer service from a real human being. What a difference.

On time delivery

The company processed my order smoothly from start to finish. The order was delivered on time for my professional installer to fit. The Insignia technical team was on hand to answer any questions. They also arranged for delivery of a replacement part that had been damaged in transit within 24 hours.

Sauna

I ordered the KY007 - 1500mm x 1500mm Infrared Sauna, was told it would take 10 days to deliver it to Northern Ireland and it was there in time, quality is very good and easy to put together, you do need either a few people or someone with a bit of strength to assemble. I been using it now 3 to 4 nights a week and love it.
